a romantic getaway
unique charmfine locationgood staffexcellent beer
this inn holds a special place in my heart. for many years i have returned here it has kept its unique charm and adapted beautifully the location is fine with calm and quiet surroundings i found nearly everything good the staff is excellent.
the tv in my room felt a little small.

the inn features original architectural details that capture its rich history there is a cozy lounge a cute dining area and a traditional bar with an inviting open fire guests can easily relax and enjoy the ambiance.

the room offered a beautiful view and tasteful decor it had comfortable furnishings it also ensured a restful night's sleep the room was clean the bed was comfortable.

the location is amazing for walking routes and beautiful scenery it is slightly hidden away on country lanes the setting promotes peacefulness and relaxation it is worth the drive.

the staff was helpful great they took time to chat and create a cute atmosphere the service was excellent from arrival to departure i felt the care and attention to detail that ensured a nice stay.

charming stay in a historic inn
original featuresplentiful parkinggreat viewamazing location
the pub retained original features, which i liked. parking was also plentiful. the setting proved idyllic with great views of the landscape. i found the location amazing for walks.
the tv in my room was a bit small.

the hotel is surrounded by hills and fine scenery. it has a peaceful atmosphere. i loved the nearby hiking trails that are easily accessible from the doorstep. maps were available too.

The staff gave me a warm welcome on arrival and showed me to my room. the team were friendly and helpful . they took time to chat. That was lovely.

the food tasted great and generous portions were offered. the staff was helpful with maps for hiking, even under pressure.
the wifi did not reach my room. the electric shower only provided cold or scalding hot water, so i could not shower easily.
