The team shines. Daniela and the housekeeping team maintained really good standards with immaculate detail. Alexandra from the Executive Lounge was also wonderful and took pride in her work. I observed this. I felt very welcomed.

The sound system in the bathroom lacked a volume control. It was somewhat inconvenient.

The gym includes multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. I counted three treadmills. The pool area offers many loungers and also a shaded section for relaxation. The hotel has direct access to several shops.

The front desk staff was available 24/7. The concierge helped with arranging transportation. He recommended Uber. The staff ensured a very cute experience. Their care made all the difference.

The fitness center was amazing! it was spacious and well-equipped. also, the staff noticed my food preferences. They really took care to ensure i had suitable options it was really nice of them!

the hotel refused to process the full payment in advance, inconvenient? they insisted on a card deposit only. also, the room lacked a toothbrush and toothpaste those are pretty basic for a five-star place!

Paul at the front desk was great. He gave restaurant recommendations, including ones in the hotel and another with Romanian cuisine. I had questions about my Marriott Bonvoy account, and Paul helped me. Everything was simple and quick thanks to him.

The hotel charged me extra for an unknown reason. I already paid for the room, and they took more money from my account.

the room was spacious however the housekeeping service was very inconsistent it was annoying that they came so late in the afternoon around 4:30pm also i found a rule regarding swim caps at the pool odd my kids were looking forward to swimming but they require swim caps even for small children it reminded me of an unnecessary expense on top of an already costly stay
