absent minibar non-functional jacuzzi

I found some aspects of my stay to be subpar. the promised minibar in my room was absent , a DISAPPOINTMENT. the front desk staff seemed uninterested in addressing this discrepancy. the jacuzzi at the pool was non-functional . It looked neglected.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to access many attractions. The rooms feature nice decorations in a belle epoque style. It created a particularly cozy atmosphere.. The staff were amazing and very warm.

king room espresso machine expansive view

the superior king room was spacious. i found an espresso coffee machine, alongside water, coffee, and tea (it helped me wake up early!). the view from the room was quite expansive.

the hotel's air conditioning seemed slightly outdated.

the location provided easy access to many attractions (i walked everywhere). the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. i found the staff to be helpful with directions and information.

the gym equipment showed signs of wear.

wooden furniture cozy atmosphere lovely view

The location was amazing. The metro station is right in front. The rooms feature dark brown wooden furniture and classic table lamps that provided a cozy atmosphere. I had the most lovely city view from my balcony on the 14th floor.

The minibar was empty.
