The location is downtown. Subway connections are close. The building remained quiet. The views from the upper floors were great. The room included a comfortable bed. Personnel was polite. helpful.
The pool closes early! Guests are not allowed access for the entire day.

My room had a wall of windows. It afforded natural light and views. It featured wood floors, a beige palette, and blue popping fabrics. There was also a working desk area and a mural.

The staff goes above and beyond for the smallest details. They are friendly and approachable. Kristy and Ali were excellent. I was at ease with them both .

the room was very clean. all the staff acted politely and were outgoing. i had great drinks at jumpin jacks and jimmy..
the room did not have shelves or drawers in the wardrobe, only hangers. the rooftop bar was not owned by the hotel. the pool closed at 16:00 each day..
