The rooms were clean and quite spacious. I had a great cityscape view from my room (it was amazing!).

The internet WiFi speed was slow. I also found no bottled water in the room, and I had to go to the hall to fill up a carafe at a water fountain.

i noticed the air conditioning in the second bedroom had a leak twice. it made it very unpleasant.

the hygiene of the hotel was not great, even if the rooms were clean? the check-in and check-out process took a very long time. the staff seemed very slow. they need to improve their processes

The onsen spa was relaxing. The rooftop infinity pool was also superb. I enjoyed my stay. The location was very convenient.

The hotel lighting was not good. The room and corridors felt dark. Check-in required a deposit of 3000php. Check-out required them to inspect my room for seven minutes.

The iconic acrylic-bottom infinity pool offered a relaxing spot. The views were excellent. I enjoyed the unique design. I liked the Onsen Spa, as it provided traditional treatments. The staff was professional and polite. They were always available.

The rooftop bar music was very loud at night.

The hotel is near various restaurants and malls, so many options are available. Access from the airport took about 25 minutes. It was a quick trip. The general area is convenient. I had no issues getting around.

The dinner buffet featured a curated selection of dishes. Each dish was delicious. I enjoyed the variety. The massage package included the buffet. It was a nice bonus. The pizza at the restaurant was superb. I really liked it.

My room included floor-to-ceiling windows. I enjoyed the views. A mini fridge was useful. I could store drinks. There were buttons for 'do not disturb' and 'need house cleaning' outside the room. The bed was supportive! though it was still plush.

The pool has a partially clear bottom! and a clear kayak. The pool area has circular rainbow seating. It provided a fun spot. There is a gym. I did not use it. The hotel is pet friendly, awesome.
