i appreciated the bungalow location near the beach club. the pool was easily accessible from there. breakfast and snacks had high quality. presentation was lovely and portions were large.

i found the scented toilet paper a little out of sync with the natural bath products provided.

the location was acceptable! it was right next to a wide beach.

The staff showed a lack of friendliness. i arrived at reception and was like a number. Not very welcome! the staff barely smiled and asked for a deposit. also, the park entrance bracelet was not included in the hotel price.

I got the Oceanfront Suite Plunge Pool. The hotel has a good beachfront also. Location is near Mayan ruins, inside the national reserve.

Staff at the restaurant constantly ask for tips. It feels a bit forcefull.
