the staff MESSAGED on whatsapp! they actioned requests without leaving the room. the hotel looked exactly like the photos and didn't disappoint.
The restaurant seating wasn't cozy. Tables felt sticky. glasses weren't clean!

The hotel design considered every detail. Landscaping, pool design, and room setup are gorgeous. The on-site food was tasty. Room service via WhatsApp made everything very easy for me.
The hotel has only one small restaurant. The quality and prices are not the best.

harmonious jungle stay
really good staff culinary experiences perfect facilities
the staff was really good, especially fernando and jay at reception! leo's attentiveness stood out. julian and eddy showed great professionalism. the facilities were perfect, i found culinary experiences at both bardo and milam excellent.
The private pool's lack of heating was a slight disappointment. Not being able to fully enjoy it was unfortunate.

The staff provided attentive service. They ensured every need was met promptly. alejandro, martin, manuel, and another martin offered positive interactions. gloria and the massage team provided very professional, caring treatments. It enhanced relaxation.

The suite was well decorated and clean. It had a harmonious design. the private heated plunge pool was a notable amenity. the simple, authentic decoration contributed to a connection with nature, which i appreciated very much.

The main pool area had a perfect vibe. It offered lower-volume music. amazing cocktails were available. the bar provided excellent service. The 24/7 pool access allowed swimming at any time, a true luxury.
