The cenote on the hotel was an absolute highlight. I loved relaxing there. our room was very spacious and had every comfort. the staff were always helpful and friendly. the hotel is near beach clubs and restaurants. The location is very nice.

the music from nearby properties made it difficult to sleep some nights, but my partner slept soundly.

i booked a suite garden view room. the cenote inside the hotel is unique (it's like nowhere else!). the breakfast was great (especially the chilaquiles!). the staff, especially gerardo, was very accommodating and helpful with anything i needed .

the music at the cenote can be a little too loud in the afternoon. i would prefer more chill music (perhaps some lounge music).

Unique Cenote Experience

The decor is amazing, particularly near the cenote. A dj played music near the cenote and restaurant dailywith a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed an extra night because of this great touch. The hotel provided butler service. John was amazing (I appreciated his attention to detail). Breakfast at Atta restaurant was delicious, and the service there was wonderful.

The open shower concept in the rooms might be awkward for friends sharing a room.
