faulty air conditioning missing refrigerator

The location was good and I could access local attractions easily. The staff were acceptable.

My room lacked basic amenities. The air conditioning was faulty and made strange noises. There was no refrigerator in the room and that was INCONVENIENT.

The location was very central, it was near everything. breakfast was included. It featured many options. i found the rooftop bar charming. It offered nice views.

Soundproofing was minimal. Noise from the street was audible.

the hotel's restaurant has authentic decor, which i found excellent. the staff was pleasant.

The elevator seemed a bit slow at times. it didn't significantly impact my experience.

great location lovely setting excellent breakfast

the location is great, right in the center. the restaurant provided a lovely setting and atmosphere. breakfast was excellent here.

The hotel had no elevator to our block of suites. This required us to use stairs.

central location, but issues exist

damp smell limited breakfast

the rooms felt old, and there was a noticeable damp smell. the beds weren't great either, feeling like old spring beds. i also found breakfast limited. you could only choose one simple thing from the menu. i found this to be a poor experience.

Fantastic Central Hotel with Great Amenities!

central location delicious meal evening cocktails

This hotel is situated right on the main square. I found the location convenient. The on-site restaurant offers delicious meals in a beautiful setting. I also appreciated the speakeasy bar, a great place for evening cocktails after a long day of sightseeing (the bar staff were amazing!).

My room felt a bit humid. The bed felt slightly moist to the touch, somewhat uncomfortable.

The room had comfortable beds and was super clean, something I really appreciated after a long trip. It also includes air conditioning, great for the warmer days, and the decor felt very colonial.

The staff were proactive with guests needs, and they offered prompt service when addressing our queries. The staff packed us breakfast to go the day we left for our Chichén Itza tour before breakfast. I appreciated this thoughtful gesture a lot.

This hotel is located in the city center near the town square. The hotel is within walking distance of a shared taxi service to Chichen-Itza. Tour buses also leave from the street in front of the hotel.
