The location was superb. I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel restaurant offered good breakfast and lunch options. Many excellent restaurants were also nearby. The Country Music Hall of Fame was only a few blocks away. Live music venues were a short walk too.

I stayed three nights. I paid a security deposit of $225. I left the room in good condition. I have not yet received my deposit back. I did not receive any response from the manager about this issue.

i stayed in a king room high floor! the motion sensor lights under the bed and in the bathroom were a great touch. water was replenished daily, and that was fab.

the pillows were too hard, so it was difficult to sleep well. i needed a sound machine app because the windows let in a lot of noise.

the location allowed easy access to the amphitheater, the cma museum, and the bridgestone arena. i found the rustic italian cuisine at the hotel restaurant delicious. the pancake house being right next door was also a convenient option for a quick breakfast.

i found the pillows too hard to sleep well and the windows let in a lot of outside noise. the in-room amenities were lacking, as there was no tea, milk, or half-and-half provided, only creamer. outlets were not conveniently located next to the bed.

The room included a comfortable bed and a great view. the accommodations featured modern décor and ample space for luggage. i also received text messages from staff asking if i needed anything. This was very helpful.
