The room was very clean and new. I booked a Premium City King Room. I was upgraded to an Executive Suite. This suite had a harbor view and was well-appointed. It was also a very spacious suite for the price.

i enjoyed that the hotel connected to a shopping mall. this had a supermarket inside. it also included many restaurants. a gourmet market was also easy to access from the hotel.

it took long time to catch one. people not staying at the hotel used these.

my room was spacious. housekeeping did nice job. i was happy with it. reception staff was direct. staff was efficient and helpful. self-service laundry machines will better serve guests. this would enhanced convenience and comfort. this addition would show hotels commitment to guest.

the hotel is connected to mall. i waited longer because of outside people.

Mediocre stay with some issues

illogical policy

The policy about the washing machine also made no sense. I booked the room specifically to use the washing machine, but they told me I could not use it unless I stayed for more than seven nights. So frustrating.
