breakfast included a wide array of international options, a highlight each morning. i took advantage of the rooftop pool and the well-equipped gym with its nice view almost daily. the superior room twin beds featured large windows, complete with a lounge chair, footrest, extra bench, and work table. a convenient workspace was available near reception, equipped with a long table, power outlets, imacs, and seating for productivity.

the superior room twin beds offered excellent soundproofing and a modern design. i requested a high floor to enhance the river viewwith minimal obstructions. i found the room clean and well kept throughout my stay.

i dined at the buffet and received a resident discount, the selection surpassed even the breakfast options. luxurious items were abundant, and i highly recommend it. i would definitely eat there again because the food was delicious.

The gym and swimming pool met my expectations. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service.
The room I stayed in was too small. It hardly allowed me to move around freely. Cleaners rush through the rooms, they do not seem to clean thoroughly. They neglected areas behind the pillows and did not hoover the floors properly.

mixed feelings about my stay
stuffy roomrude staff
the air conditioning was a major issue. i kept the unit set to the lowest temperature, but the room remained stuffy and uncomfortably warm. it felt more like a fan was running, not actual air conditioning. also, i encountered some attitude from the front desk staff when i needed laundry tokens. the staff member seemed annoyed when i asked to charge the tokens to my room.

the location was great, its very accessible to transportation. staffs are approachable and i didn't have any difficulties communicating with them. all of them speaks english. the room was clean and tidy, it a important for me.
i found the number of electrical outlets insufficient, they were too few. this made things a bit annoying for me. the lighting in the room also seemed a bit confusing, i didn't quite get it.
