the tv in my room did not work properly with only a few channels available. the bathroom was not clean, i could not use the bath, there was no plug. the thin blind let too much light, i did not sleep well.

The room was a good size with comfy beds. the bathroom was huge. It had plenty of space. staff provided fresh bowls of water for my dog when we visited the bar (that was a nice touch!).

underwhelming stay. could be better
vegetarian option
i must say, the noise from downstairs was a bit much. it went on until nearly midnight and made it hard for my little one to sleep. the staff questioned it at first, as we had canceled one room. eventually, they sorted it out. i did not eat there, but i noticed only one vegetarian option was available. what a pity.
the fire was nice after a long day. i liked the pool table a lot. the staff let my dog run around the garden out back, that was great. the bed was comfy and i was warm.
the hotel does not do breakfast despite what is advertised. this was a surprise and inconvenience as i had planned my morning around it. i think this should be changed .

The reception staff were VERY helpful. They did everything possible to. The ensuite was compact and the water was hot. The furniture pieces in the accommodation were LOVELY.
I wasn't aware it was a shared bathroom when I booked it. The bathroom was old and dated.
