lackluster experience with maintenance mishap
early entrypoor communication
i was woken at 7am by a man knocking then opening my door he said he was there to repair the bathroom i repeatedly told him i did not call for a repair the front desk said it was an engineer at the wrong room this felt unsafe i expected a better response i found this unsettling the customer service did not meet expectations

i found the staff helpful. the valet service was quick even if sometimes they was a little disorganized. the location was convenient, near many shops and restaurants for those moments i don't want to walk too far.
