breakfast buffet water front convenient shuttle

the breakfast buffet included many selections of european and american food! the location is directly along the water front. the hotel has a convenient shuttle to sorrento.

the light stayed on in the closet all night, it was annoying

breakfast buffet polite staff small room limited minibar

the location of this place suited my needs. i appreciated the politeness of the staff. the breakfast buffet featured numerous options. i was thankful for the helpful maitre.

the minibar did not have enough options. the room lacked a coffee machine. my room was also quite small and the balcony had old iron chairs without cushions.

small room inconsistent service

the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

the room i had was smaller than expected and lacked a coffee machine. also, the service was not consistently available, and i found that quite disappointing. overall, these issues detracted from what should have been a more seamless experience at this level of hotel.
