the location was excellent. it was very convenient to access the train station, ferry, restaurants, and stores. the cafe in the lobby was nice. breakfast provided a nice variety of items from meats and cheeses to fruit and yogurt to pastries.

the sitting area and bar were being renovated, i wasn't informed of that in advance. you had to walk through this area to reach the pool, so there was limited seating. bar food wasn't available after 5pm.

Central Location and Really good Staff

The breakfast room staff showed really good attentiveness. I found the rooftop skybar offered gorgeous views. Marianna and Giuseppe at the front desk helped arrange tours. I really appreciated that. The updated rooms feature fresh, modern furniture.

The room size felt a bit tight. There was not much space, especially in the bathroom.

The rooftop pool provides great views of the surrounding area. The hotel gym includes various equipment and caters to different fitness needs. Daily housekeeping maintained a very high standard of cleanliness.

The hotel's proximity to the Centro Main Sq is excellent. This perfect location offers easy access to many restaurants. Everything felt very walkable. The area turns pedestrian in the evening.

Cinzia and Marianna at reception offered kind and helpful service. Assunta and Giuseppe in the breakfast room were friendly. Marco, Claudio, and Christiano at the Skybar provided excellent service.

I appreciated the great location near the main square. our room was cleaned every day. I noticed the housekeeping staff did a thorough job. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries!).

I found the soundproofing inadequate. there was a lot of noise from the hallway. the pool area had limited seating when i was there. the bar food options were unavailable after 5 pm. This was a disappointment.

the location was undeniably prime, close to the main square. the rooftop bar offered lovely views. the breakfast was amazing , both sweet and savory options were abundant. the hotel was super clean , and our room was comfortable.

i noticed almost nonexistent soundproofing to the hotel room doors. we heard continuous slamming of doors. it disrupted the peace.
