friendly staff delicious breakfast shelf space drainage problem
The staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, with a mix of buffet and cooked-to-order items. The terrace was amazing!!!
There was zero shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries. our tub backed up with water and hair. It took a long time to drain after each shower.

hotel staff amazing meals great location underwhelming entrance bland hotel worst housekeeping
The hotel's staff was AMAZING! all meals on the hotel were EXCELLENT. the location offered a GREAT balance. It gave me beautiful views of the area. getting into town was EASY.
The hotel entrance seemed underwhelming upon arrival. the whole hotel felt kind of bland and depressing. there weren't ANY colors or features to soften the convent's aesthetic. housekeeping was the WORST i have ever experienced. Toothpaste stayed on the mirror for an entire week.
