The staff offered really good service. Alessandro helped create a detailed itinerary for my day. I found it helpful. The breakfast room displayed beauty. It enhanced the morning experience. My room included nice facilities. Kettle and glasses made relaxing convenient.

the breakfast room look real nice, kind of like a library. there was even a piano in there. breakfast was good, specially the cakes. it gave me energy to organize tours.

the walls felt thin and noise travels easy. i could hear everything. i also reserved a room with a balcony but i didn't get it, that was disapointing.
