i found the staff very helpful, especially at reception. the room was very comfy and tidy with effective air conditioning. breakfast had enough options, including fresh fruit and pastries. i liked that the hotel had regular shuttle buses to the nearby beach.

the music was TOO loud some evenings and i heard it from my room.

the staff was attentive to requests and provided prompt assistance. Guest relations addressed inquiries quickly, and they were readily available. i APPRECIATED the consistent level of service throughout my stay.

a romantic escape

Camilla, a kind lady, welcomed us warmly and she was really nice. the bar staff were excellent. They fulfilled every request i made. the restaurant staff by the pool were amazing, providing service with a smile and one waiter even brought me a dessert to my room. the lobby had a beautiful appearance. The reception staff were very cute. And the valet staff assisted with luggage.
