breakfast chaos persistent upselling

The hotel did not meet my expectations. the breakfast buffet was chaotic and often lacked refills. Some items were consistently unavailable. the spa treatments were overpriced. i found the upselling attempts by staff quite persistent though annoying.

clean room convenient access mosquito dining hall slow wi-fi

the hotel room was very clean. the rest of the hotel also presented well. i also found that taking the bus to the city center was easy and inexpensive. the hotel provided convenient access to transport.

I observed that the dining hall was full of mosquitoes. the food provided looked both insufficient and unhygienic. i also found the wi-fi service to be very slow. Connectivity was an issue.

clean room seating area

The room was clean and large. The balcony included a seating area, a feature i could still use despite the winter season. The staff paid close attention to my daughter.

The indoor pools are too cold.
