i find room cleanness good. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the restaurant near the beach has beautiful sunsets. staff waited with drinks and towels, so i felt pampered.

the balcony chairs are not that comfortable and walls on each side of the balcony seems unnecessary.

the breakfast has many options. i enjoy food in the restaurants. a teppanyaki chef makes the experience great and full of laughter and the italian restaurant has lobster ravioli, caccio e pepe with prawns and tiramisu.

the padel court provided us with endless entertainment. i found the dining options wonderful. the food quality was AMAZING!!! the staff were attentive and friendly. i especially appreciated the cheerful ice cream guy at the beach.

i thought the pool was a bit cold. it put the kids off going in.

The breakfast buffet had a varied selection. The hotel offers four restaurants. The beach area offers picturesque sunsets (I watched one!).

The hotel has a dog policy, but it seems restrictive to smaller breeds only. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. A night lighting in the bathroom turned on every few minutes, waking me up.

the hotel design feels modern and very well maintained. our room had two showers and toilets, this was really good. the kids club was really good for my children. i really like the coffee, its very good.

housekeeping wasn't consistent at all. they often removed towels but didn't replace them. we got only one small bottle of water daily. i think that's tight for that kind of price.

The gym has modern equipment. i saw a good selection of weight machines there. the rooms include rainfall showers. there was a wide array of options at the breakfast buffet. It made starting the day easy.
