gym facility great selection

The gym is Really good. It made my workouts very satisfying. The breakfast each morning featured a large selection. I appreciated it. The hotel location on Collins Street is great. It provides immediate access to shops. I found several restaurants nearby.

The health club seemed a bit dated, and a refurbishment could enhance the experience.

cracked sink poor room service

The location was acceptable. It was close to attractions.

I found multiple problems . The sink had cracks and low water pressure, annoying. at almost midnight I rang for room service and was told to use Uber Eats. That's not what I anticipate from a supposed 5 star hotel.

I got the twin room river view club access. It was quiet. I loved the bed, the bathroom was beautiful. I found everything clean and well maintained. The decor created a relaxing environment. I asked for extra pillows, and they delivered them promptly.

The hotel provides quick access to designer shops. The central location makes city exploration simple. The breakfast buffet included many choices and high-quality food. The staff were helpful. They always responded quickly when I had a request.

The gym felt slightly worn. There were no water cups available.
