The hotel staff was very helpful. Christopher helped arrange a boat cruise and airport transfers. They surprised me with a small birthday cake. The cleaning staff visited the room multiple times each day. They provided fresh towels and kept the room super clean.

There was no extra closet for hanging clothes.

The view from my beautiful double room was not great. It faced an inner courtyard with little natural light. also, the in-room coffee machine leaked, and i had to call for new pods three times. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. the whole ordeal felt a bit frustrating. it felt rather irritating.
