decent stay with minor issues

beachfront location resort design attentive staff flooded floor common area beach seat

I really enjoyed the prime beachfront location. The resort design featured lots of plants and rustic Colombian-style wood accessories. The staff, including Cinthya, Liliana, and Valentina, were very attentive.

i found some aspects needed improvement. The upper floor of the villa flooded during a night storm. Flies were everywhere in the common areas. THE best seats by the beach were reserved for day passes instead of hotel guests.

pristine beach crystal water unavailable pool iva taxes

The beach was pristine, so tender and idyllic. the staff was kind. they were pretty good. to. Every detail was like a dream, like something out of a fairytale. the crystal-clear waters made it perfect to reconnect with the peace.

The pool wasn't available. The entire time, i stayed. that disappointed me. a lot of miscommunication happened around it. i also found out later, i shouldn't have been charged iva taxes. no other hotels in colombia charged me this. during my vacation.

relaxing beach really good service yoga teacher unavailable pool staff attitude miscommunication problem

The beach was relaxing! The sunbeds were perfect for switching off. I loved them. The resort has a really nice natural aesthetic! The service was friendly. Lida gave really good service. She was also a fantastic yoga teacher!

The pool was not available! for my entire 4-day stay. I arrived. Staff told me I could take a complementary ferry. The ferry was actually for the day before my arrival. Staff seemed unhappy. Some even had an attitude!
