The hotel upgraded me to an elegance executive suite. it offered a panoramic sea view toward kefalonia island. breakfast was high quality with fresh fruit, yogurt, grains, and traditional hot fare. It was delicious. meals occurred in an airy open area near the pool. the staff treated us like family.

the pool was nice. i could see the sea from up high, a great view. the restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and portions were generous.

the room wasn't ready upon my arrival even though it was 3pm, the official check in time. the shower was broken. it was only possible for me to use the hose shower.

I was not impressed with the shower. it had low water pressure, and sometimes it was cold. I got used to it. The wifi was not great either. the tv in my room was not a smart one, which limited my entertainment options during the evenings.

i think the private pools could benefit from a thorough scrub.
