a treasure in the countryside

spacious room perfect cleanliness excellent food friendly staff

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. i found unexpected touches, such as lemonade and ginger beer, besides water. It was appreciated. the choice of food for the evening meal was excellent and breakfast IS perfect. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

I thought the floor could have been cleaner. That's ALL i can say, because everything else was lovely.

overpriced and overheated

hot room unclean floor

i was excited for a relaxing stay, but i left feeling pretty disappointed. the room was unbelievably hot, even with the fan. there was no air conditioning, and i couldn't adjust the heat. also, the floor wasn't very clean, and i found a lot of dust behind the bed.

nice but not really good

helpful staff fresh food expensive room noisy fan

The staff were friendly and helpful when i arrived. they took my luggage to my room and explained the key system. dinner in the restaurant included a huge portion of fish and chips. It tasted fresh. breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared.

i expected more for the price i paid for one night. the room felt horrifically hot since they have no air conditioning. the young lady at the bar brought a fan, but it made SO much noise.

The staff were pleasant enough, and breakfast was served quickly.

I paid a lot per night! The room was unbearably hot. They don't have air conditioning. I found it impossible to adjust the heating. A fan was brought up but it barely helped and made a lot of noise.

efficient team quiet village

The team was very efficient and friendly. The place was a nice comfortable place to stay in a quiet village. (I appreciated that the location was quiet.) Breakfast was excellent.

The floor cleanliness was not perfect, some dirt was visible behind the bed.
