location, location, location.. and seagulls
harbour locationrelentless screechingwhirring sound
the harbour location suited my travel plans just fine, i suppose.
okay, so the room faced the harbour. lovely view. the seagulls, though.. let me tell you, they are relentless. non-stop screeching. i think i got maybe 2 hours of sleep because of those feathered fiends. also, there was this weird whirring sound coming from below. sounded like some kind of kitchen appliance being tortured all night long.

the location is amazing! the harbour views were just fine from the double or twin room. the room was super clean. i easily parked in the private car park.
the seagulls were quite noisy due to the working harbour, but i slept well regardless.

the hotel is above a pub and close to bars and restaurants. i found many spots nearby that offered breakfast and other meals. the location is very central, a true convenience.

some noise issues
noisy seagullslimited view
The location near the harbor was nice (i liked watching the boats). however, the seagulls were loud throughout the night. i also noticed a whirring sound occasionally, probably from the kitchen below. it wasn't constant, but it was still a bit annoying. the window view wasn't very good. It looked out onto a flat roof where the seagulls liked to hang out.
