Mixed experience at this HOTEL

lack of spaunhelpful staff

The lack of SPA facilities was a real disappointment. I wasn't informed about the pool closure before I arrived. The noise in the lobby was also VERY disruptive. I requested fresh towels but the staff were UNHELPFUL. They wanted to charge me for water. The room felt old and somewhat rundown too.

The price was okay and the bed was comfortable. That was something at least.

the hotel room didn't look like the photos online at all. the website showed a clean, modern place, but the room looked old and not clean. the cleanliness was bad, with stains in the toilet and a dirty carpet. i didn't like it. the room also lacked enough outlets and a fridge for drinks.
