Fantastic stay with excellent service!

The room was spacious, actually an apartment, and it had a balcony overlooking the garden. The beach was conveniently close, only five minutes away. Spa services were available and easy to access.
The pool area needs some maintenance, it looks a bit worn.

Breakfast included a wide selection of cooked items, fruits, yogurts, pastries, meats and cheeses. Coffee, tea and fruit juices were also available. The buffet food provided a superb variety.

The reception staff were cute and helpful, and they ordered taxis. The room service was excellent , and the bar staff provided a good service. Staff ensured our room was stocked.

The room was big, I could stay there for days!
The poolside bar staff were atrocious. I asked for ice, and the staff put only one ice cube and just dropped it into the top of the glass. This place could really improve its customer service.

I found the staff throughout the hotel to be really helpful. the room was a good size. It had a comfortable bed. breakfast offered a reasonable choice, including freshly cooked tortilla.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't great. There was a lot of heat. the air conditioning unit also seemed old for a four-star hotel. it was a shame considering the good location.

My room, a Double or Twin Room, was cleaned daily! and offered enough space for my needs. The location was close to the beach. I appreciated the availability of free parking, though the parking was expensive. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the variety of options. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I liked the pool area, well laid out and near the bar and restaurant.

My bedroom was spacious. The fresh food in the restaurant tasted very good. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces just outside.
The poolside bar staff acted atrociously. One of my group members ordered cava that was not chilled. The staff dropped an ice cube into the glass and walked away this spilled cava everywhere.
