the location proved convenient i found i could easily walk to many attractions the interior design impressed me with its stylish flair the bathroom was quite spacious i especially appreciated the excellent shower i found a car readily available during a bad storm this was very helpful i also liked the thoughtful addition of a warm blanket
i noticed a slight delay in service at certain times especially when requesting additional assistance it seemed staff members were occasionally occupied impacting response times somewhat

the staff provided generally helpful assistance i observed them readily addressing guest needs at the front desk the team offered support with arranging transportation it also helped with local recommendations further enhancing the experience.

my room included a king-size bed that offered ample space to relax the bathroom featured two separate sinks which added convenience the room's decor incorporated modern elements i noted tasteful artwork that complemented the design.

the location was convenient for getting around the area.
the rooftop bar , supposedly a highlight , was closed. i wasn't told about this closure beforehand . also , the room i received had a rather uninspiring view of an industrial wall , not exactly the ibiza old town vista promised on the website. i found it hard to relax with that view.

Air conditioning decided to take a vacation , you know. I informed the staff multiple times. Their grand solution was a fan. The manager did nothing to compensate my experience in this sauna they call a room. I was leaving more exhausted than when I arrived. This is what I call 5-star service.

The room featured very cute, special details. I found handwritten notes and daily puddings. The location was central to shops and bars. The staff were friendly there, always ready to help, which I appreciated a lot.
The breakfast service proved a bit slow. It took time to receive items even when I was the only guest.
