The location next to the mtr station was so convenient. I found many options to eat and shop since the hotel is connected to the series of malls. my room had a bathtub. I found it a nice touch.

the room was spacious and very clean! the view was fantastic too. the staff at the front desk was helpful and they answered all my questions, but the wi-fi was slow, apply, twice. the breakfast buffet was great with many choices.
The gym was smaller than i expected. it only had a few machines? the pool hours were a bit limited. I wished it stayed open later! the ice machine on my floor was out of service too

Fantastic Hotel near MTR

The hotel is located just above the MTR station! and a bus depot is nearby. I found many interconnected malls, so one can find everything needed. I loved the cleanliness and the rooms had warm and hot water available. Breakfast included a variety of cuisines and the smoked salmon was delicious.
The outlet manager had an cocky attitude in the Chinese Restaurant, unacceptable.

The staff reacted positively and made arrangements efficiently when I sought help regarding facilities for my meeting. Valuables were intact when retrieved at lost and found, showing the integrity of the frontline staff. I am definitely recommending this hotel.

Fantastic Stay!!!

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had a wide selection of foods to choose from. The location is also great because it is connected to the train station. I found it convenient to access the mall directly from the hotel, too.
Some furniture in the room showed a little wear.
