the hotel's location IS near the Paris La Défense Arena. metro lines are only a ten-minute walk. traveling into the city was convenient, AS was getting to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how I could easily control the temperature, lights, and curtains with just an iPad. It was super convenient. The location is really good, especially with easy access to the metro and restaurants. (There is also a mall close by.)

The rooms lack basic amenities, like a wardrobe. You can't turn the air conditioning off, and it is noisy. There were no glasses or water in the room. (If you want water, you must go all the way down to the bar and get some tap water.)

the hotel played taylor swift music. it was the whole weekend. a bracelet making bar was available where guests made bracelets. the employees were very helpful. they were often singing along to the music.

The gentleman at reception insisted ubers do not come to the hotel. he said there is a problem in that area. he suggested i use a taxi, which cost me 80 euros. the taxi then charged me twice for the trip. The device went off mid transaction.
