smooth soundproofing comfortable bed

Self check-in was smooth. The room featured iPad controls for lights, climate, and blinds that functioned well. Soundproofing was superb . The bed was very comfortable.

the hotel staff WERE helpful. the check-in process was fast. the room featured an ipad that controlled all the lighting. the bed WAS comfortable.

I FOUND the air conditioning a bit noisy. it wasn't possible to completely turn it off. I could only adjust the temperature.

the hotel's location IS near the Paris La Défense Arena. metro lines are only a ten-minute walk. traveling into the city was convenient, AS was getting to the airport.

Breakfast HAD good variety, but the menu was the same each day. SOME items ran out at times. Staff quickly restocked them when asked. the coffee WAS good, PARTICULARLY.

friendly staff ipad control convenient location missing wardrobe noisy aircon no water

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how I could easily control the temperature, lights, and curtains with just an iPad. It was super convenient. The location is really good, especially with easy access to the metro and restaurants. (There is also a mall close by.)

The rooms lack basic amenities, like a wardrobe. You can't turn the air conditioning off, and it is noisy. There were no glasses or water in the room. (If you want water, you must go all the way down to the bar and get some tap water.)

bracelet making taylor swift music helpful employee dodgy staff expensive taxi uber problem

the hotel played taylor swift music. it was the whole weekend. a bracelet making bar was available where guests made bracelets. the employees were very helpful. they were often singing along to the music.

The gentleman at reception insisted ubers do not come to the hotel. he said there is a problem in that area. he suggested i use a taxi, which cost me 80 euros. the taxi then charged me twice for the trip. The device went off mid transaction.

the staff was ready to help, which met my expectations.

The room was far too small for two guests. There was little room to move around. the room's width seemed about the size of the bed. this size is only suitable for a solo traveler with minimal luggage.

The iPad controls all functions, like lights. The soundproofing was good. I found the self check-in smooth and easy.

The air conditioning was difficult to manage. It made the room too cold.
