The location is really beautiful. It is set perfectly amongst the vines in the Champagne region.

The service at the restaurant was a problem. Our conversations were constantly interrupted. It seemed no one cared about timing or tone. The wine order didn't arrive, but they added it to the bill. They acted irritated when I asked them to correct their mistake. This wasn't good service.

This hotel is a beautiful castle set in a large vineyard. It seemed like a fairy tale. the staff were professional and enthusiastic. Their service was really good. i found the dinner and breakfast delicious. The hotel also had an extensive collection of champagne.

the hotel has an excellent restaurant onsite, offering various dining options. a sommelier is available to assist with wine selections. the hotel features a spa with hot tubs, a sauna, and showers, accessible 24/7!!!
