firm mattress gluten-free options great location

i stayed in a superior double room for three nights the room had good air conditioning the mattress was firm it was a nice big bed breakfast was delicious they provided gluten free options i appreciated that the staff were helpful and friendly the hotel is in a great location for shops and restaurants

the coffee and tea facilities were not great i would have expected a pod machine

a mixed experience

dangerous stairs overlooked patio

the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

i booked a beautiful room with patio access. the patio requires navigating steep steps and i felt the stairs was dangerous, especially given my mobility issues. a window from another room overlooks this patio too.

friendly service spacious room organized parking

the staff were very friendly and personable. my room was spacious and bright, furnished tastefully. i found a parking space easily organized for my car near the hotel.

breakfast options were somewhat limited, lacking variety .

the location was great , interesting and very close to many points of interest. the hotel is a short walk from the centre. quietness and relaxation are guaranteed.

the staff were lovely , helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast time. i was allowed to use my room all day since my plane didn't leave until evening. the products used are of excellent quality.

the lounge was comfortable and so was the roof terrace. the building is beautifully restored with modern facilities. i liked the attention to detail and the hotel's support for the arts.

Some Issues Despite Central Location

small room limited breakfast

The hotel has a good location that allowed easy access to the city center.

I found the room on the third floor very small. it became too hot at night. Breakfast choices felt too limited. I expect more for the price.
