Excellent Stay With Great Service

Our family holiday was amazing. The accommodation and facilities were excellent. The food options available on site were decent. We enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. The service stood out. Staff members were cute and helpful. We even toured a Penthouse, seriously considering another visit. (I especially liked the modern design.)

The soundproofing was minimal. I could hear chairs scraping and voices in the hallway.

The gym has decent equipment and easy access. The hotel includes multiple pools located over several levels with many sunbeds. There is a shop onsite which is convenient for drinks and snacks.

Staff members are cute and polite. The hotel reacted quickly to any issues raised . We found the staff had a positive attitude and were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was spotlessly clean every day with modern amenities. The sofa bed was put away and brought out each day. Fresh towels and water were offered each evening when setting up the bed. It was well maintained.

Modern Hotel with Excellent Amenities!

The rooms are modern and spacious. Our One Bedroom Suite Balcony had plenty of room. I loved the immaculately kept hotel and garden. The staff was friendly. Everyone from reception to the restaurant was very helpful. The kids' entertainment team was excellent at the pool.

The evening entertainment was dire. It all finished by 9:45 PM. It lacked fun or energy.

The breakfast staff prepared omelets with every ingredient desired and were friendly, but the dining was buffet style. The reception staff gave a warm welcome and were helpful with requests. I really appreciated them. I liked that the hotel staff spoke several languages.

There were several pools on the grounds with varied depths. Kids enjoyed it. The hotel had a garden with greenery and trees that provided shade and created a tropical atmosphere. The gym had good equipment and was cool. I'm glad I used it.

i stayed in a one bedroom suite balcony. the location was great for relaxation. marcos and tatiana provided really good service during breakfast. their hospitality made each morning better.

i experienced the children's shallow pool, it was not heated. the water was too cold for my small children to enjoy. the phone in the room did not work and the tv had few english channels.

The hotel provided a one bedroom suite balcony. it was good. food was generally good with four restaurants available. I thought winners restaurant was a cut above. reaching the beach took about five minutes walking. The water was wonderfully warm.

Our rooms were initially in separate buildings. That was a problem! a family had set up camp right outside our balcony, causing a total lack of privacy. I found this very annoying. housekeeping missed our towels on two occasions. On the last day, they barged in at 11:30 without knocking. Checkout was scheduled for 12noon. It was quite intrusive.

The reception staff was cute. i especially appreciated marisa and her team. They were always ready to help, so we had an excellent stay.. also, the breakfast buffet offered an amazing choice. the restaurant makes the best pizzas too.

i found the staff super nice, especially to children. it seemed a perfect place to stay with young children.. we loved that parents could take younger children to the kids club and stay there with them. i also thought the food at the buffet restaurant was better than expected.

My family and i found only two chairs on the balcony. We are a family of four. the balcony was very narrow anyway.. i noticed a problem with tiny ants in the room. they were in all the corners, inside cupboards and on the main surface for putting our things.
