I liked the location and the initial impression. The marble bathrooms looked good at first. the air conditioner was quite noisy. I also noticed that water was not provided in the room which was disappointing. On a few occasions, they did not replenish supplies like Nespresso pods or soap. I thought attention to detail was lacking.

The reception staff was wonderful and helpful. They arranged taxis to the airport. I got amazing restaurant recommendations from them. The room had a nice view over the square and an amazing bed.

The air conditioner was VERY noisy.
