the room had comfortable king beds. the hotel provided room amenities. an amazing in-house breakfast came included. i was not expecting this excellent breakfast.
The wi-fi was slow, but it was manageable. It barely affected my stay.

the staff exhibited really good friendliness and obliging behavior. the reception staff provided extensive knowledge regarding places and transportation. late-night arrival provided an effortless check-in process, which i really liked.

i stayed for several days and appreciated the convenient location. the hotel is close to the beach. also, i found the staff helpful. they gave useful recommendations and provided prompt service. the rooftop pool was amazing. the views were very nice. it was a relaxing spot with good drinks.
the variety of snacks available at the bar was somewhat limited. i noticed this .

Really good Stay

I found the breakfast excellent. The coffee barista made superb cappuccinos. Reception staff were very friendly and offered helpful information about local restaurants. Free bike hire was AVAILABLE. I loved this added bonus.
I noticed the room heating wasn't working ideally. The towel warmer also did NOT function properly. This detracted from my comfort level.

The room had a noticeable issue with the air conditioning. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, causing some discomfort. Another problem was the limited selection of TV channels. I expected more variety, especially given the hotel's rating though it was frustrating.
