this was the last stay of my vacation, and i really saved the best for last! what a lovely hotel it was. i did splurge for a suite, and it was more than i had expected. at every other stay, something didn't work or was very awkward, but not here! everything was in perfect condition.

with a car, it is a little awkward to park in front of the hotel on the street until the valet returns or receives the car. it could be a smoother process.

The hotel is nicely located and very walkable to many places. The room service meal was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast had good offerings though it could use a few more veggie options.

The room sold to me was a beautiful room. It felt small and the bathroom had no ventilation. The window could only open partially even on the second floor with a port view. I could hear people in the corridor. This came through into my room.

The port was directly across from the hotel, a good sight each morning. the staff readily provided a map and recommended open restaurants when we arrived late. I found this helpful. our rooms were spacious and well equipped, especially the junior suite.

The welcome at check-in felt a bit cold. the checkout process was better.
