Acceptable stay but needs improvement
school canteen unprofessional behavior
The restaurant lacked atmosphere and resembled a school canteen. This was a significant letdown. Staff seemed to be chatting around reception and on their phones, giving the impression of unprofessional behavior.

Excellent Hotel Stay
beautiful location relaxing massage useful gym great pool
I really enjoyed my time here. The location has waterfalls right behind the hotel. I opened the curtains and saw the waterfalls. Abhyanga massage was very relaxing with Manisha who explained the oils. The hotel features a games room with a gym and a great pool.
The rooftop yoga takes place in a storage room.

bright cafeteria unimpressed instructor
I must confess, the dining experience wasnt exactly stellar. the restaurant felt more like an overly bright cafeteria than some fancy place, it was quite jarring. also, i found the promised rooftop yoga a bit of a letdown. The room was crammed with spare chairs and the instructor looked less than thrilled to be teaching a group of us middle-aged folks.

the location was wonderful and the views exceeded my expectations. my room, a superior king room, included a cozy bed. the included breakfast was simple but good and had plenty of options.

a peaceful escape
immaculate rooms convenient location
the team was cute and helpful throughout my visit. the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. i also enjoyed the breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
the restaurant seemed like an airport lounge , lacking ambience. staff seemed confused by single travelers and showed an immature approach to it.

a magical getaway!
attentive staff amazing views serene class
It exceeded every expectation. the attentive staff ensured our comfort at every turn, and the food was AMAZING!!! the infinity pool, perched amidst lush greenery, provided amazing views. i especially loved the yoga classes offered. They were a serene way to start the day.
the only minor issue was the limited selection of non-alcoholic beverages at the dining area.

fine view new dish
The hotel has fine views from every window. The staff encouraged me to try new dishes, and the chef ensured I enjoyed the food!
The design for the terrace was not great. I noticed not enough space round the pool to sit and relax.
