the staff was lovely and accommodating. they were very kind to my children and even took the time to learn their names. the pool was lovely, it looked clean. the food was excellent i enjoyed it very much.
sadly, the busy road and children's playground immediately outside create a lot of noise throughout the day AND into the night. this impacted my sleep as i had the worst night's sleep i'd ever had in a hotel, with motorbikes revving at 4am. the seafront area is not particularly pleasant with large crowds and lots of litter, it makes it hard to enjoy it.

The room included a minibar with several drink options. The bathroom had two sinks and a strong shower. I appreciated the provided toiletries. These included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The street outside was sometimes noisy.

the hotel garden was magical i enjoyed seeing the beautiful mansion view from the pool. the staff was very attentive and they were happy to accommodate special culinary requests. i appreciated the chef creating dishes not listed on the menu i found that very thoughtful.
the wifi signal wasn't strong in the room i had to go to the hotel landings to get reception.

the hotel is in the center it allows easy access to nearby attractions it is convenient. i walked to many shops and restaurants and everything was close by i liked that very much.

my room included a very comfortable bed it had high-quality linens and soft pillows which guaranteed restful sleep. the room also featured a small writing desk and comfortable chair it was suitable for working. i found the air conditioning efficient it kept the room at a perfect temperature.

the breakfast service had several options and everything was prepared to order. the staff always greeted me with a smile their friendly demeanor created a cute atmosphere. i saw that they promptly addressed any requests i made they really aimed to please.
