amazing family stay!

The pool is huge. I was like i had my own space always. sunset views are lovely from the pool area, so i spent a lot of time there. we were upgraded to a backwater-facing cottage with a plunge pool! the hotel staff was happy to make a welcome decor, as i requested.
The prices displayed on the menu don't include tax. Adding an extra 25% to the total bill felt misleading. the service wasn't great overall, and they forgot my bag in the room after i checked out. the food was only okay. Not the standard i expected for the price.

the breakfast included delicious food with lots of variety. the a la carte dinner menu offered many options and was also really good. the afternoon tea and coffee. snacks, was a wonderful addition to the daily routine.

the staff was always willing to help, and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. check-in and check-out were seamless and kind. they explained all the options available, from spa treatments to dining choices and activities.

The lake view villa was very spacious and i saw nice lake views each morning. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. Restaurant staff was very sweet to my toddler. The housekeeping staff always cleaned the pool, always in great condition, so i spent good time there.

The long pool always had space for me. I saw beautiful sunset views from the pool area. The infinity pool was crystal clear and well maintained and had enough lounge space.

The resort is along side Vembanad lake. I enjoyed views of the pool and lake from the rooms. The location is fabulous and a great spot for relaxation.

The team outing at the resort was quite good. Every staff member encountered was really helpful. The pool is a big plus for this resort, I liked it a lot.
The hotel lacked clear signage at the entrance. Check in was slow and a little impersonal.
