Astonishing Stay! I am Impressed!

friendly staff cozy room yummy food

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help! My room was super clean and cozy. The amenities are great, I must say! Food was so yummy and the views took my breath away. I definitely will come back!

The in-room television didn't come with operation instructions. It had two remotes, I was unsure which one to use.

serene lakeside escape

unique perspective comfortable amenities scenic chayakada

i appreciated the complimentary boat ride offered it provided a unique perspective. teatime included light snacks at the scenic chayakada every evening. the waterfront family villa had a beautiful lake view and comfortable amenities.

the tv lacked operation instructions and required assistance from a technician to connect.

the staff assisted us with boat rides i found them courteous. the guest relations manager suggested activities . the reception staff was lovely i was well taken care of.
