unusable sink inadequate housekeeping
The housekeeping DEFINITELY needs improvement. The room was not serviced despite repeated requests , and bottled water was not replenished promptly. I also experienced a jammed sink that remained unusable for two days , REQUIRING several follow-ups for repair. These issues are unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.

customer service staff guidance service improvement enjoyable stay
I noticed the staff always aimed to please customers! Both the General Manager and the Amudham Manager really exceeded customer service expectations. I saw managers guide staff in a respectful manner to improve service. The staff helped.
The water pressure in the showers seemed very low-.
