friendly staff great variety

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! I found a great variety of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop infinity pool provided a superb experience with chilled music and a bar.

I found that the late check-in time of 4 pm wasn't ideal at all. It seemed the pools were too small for such a large hotel.

the staff provided excellent service . i appreciated the efficient assistance i received with my luggage. the restaurant offered a diverse selection of well-prepared meals.

the gym equipment looked dated and in need of replacement.

dining room extra cost

The dining room felt a bit like a canteen. it was quite noisy and lacked ambiance. the food was okay, but the cold salads were the best part. i found it strange that water or coffee at lunch and dinner cost extra. That seemed unusual for a four-star hotel.

bathroom hairs inflexible minibar

The bathroom wasn't super clean. I found some hairs. The minibar policy also seemed a bit rigid. It lacked some flexibility that I expect at a place that positions itself as upscale. These things affected my overall impression somewhat
