excellent service efficient assistance diverse selection

the staff provided excellent service . i appreciated the efficient assistance i received with my luggage. the restaurant offered a diverse selection of well-prepared meals.

the gym equipment looked dated and in need of replacement.

excellent service diverse food quality toiletries

The staff provided excellent service I found them to be very friendly and helpful. The food options were diverse I especially liked the vegan choices. The room had good quality toiletries it added a touch of luxury.

dining room extra cost

The dining room felt a bit like a canteen. it was quite noisy and lacked ambiance. the food was okay, but the cold salads were the best part. i found it strange that water or coffee at lunch and dinner cost extra. That seemed unusual for a four-star hotel.

bathroom hairs inflexible minibar

The bathroom wasn't super clean. I found some hairs. The minibar policy also seemed a bit rigid. It lacked some flexibility that I expect at a place that positions itself as upscale. These things affected my overall impression somewhat
