limited breakfastcold ambiance
The hotel location felt quite isolated, far from any social life. The spa was closed on a Sunday during the holiday season, very inconvenient. I noticed a lack of staff. The bathroom's layout offered zero privacy as it was right in the hallway. It lacked intimacy. I found the breakfast subpar. The cold ambiance struck as soon as I entered the lobby, and I wondered if the hotel was closed. This morbid feeling had us leaving early. The hotel hardly deserves its 4 stars.

Great Hotel Experience

It was easy to find this hotel from the road. The room I had included many useful things. I even got a disability-accessible room, though I do not have a disability. I noticed many stores close by and it was short distance to the city center. I thought it all worked.
The light in the room was not very bright. The dinner menu was nearly the same each evening with just a couple changes. The hotel did not accommodate how many guests stayed and the breakfast trays went empty. I needed help from management but that did not happen.

solid stay, a few minor things

the room was huge and well appointed! they provided everything i needed for my stay. the bed was amazing and the rooms were quiet. also, the ac worked really well and allowed me to sleep soundly. the breakfast had nice variety and spacing between tables.
i was locked out of my room one day . it was an issue with my account balance even though they took a credit card imprint. it was frustrating.
