The hotel had a great location. Staff members were kind and helpful, especially Maria at the front desk (she is a gem!). The room was quite clean and spacious.
There were strange noises from the vibrating water pipes, it made for a poor sleep.

The hotel is set right in the middle of the old town. It is situated in a hidden corner behind the cathedral. This location is perfect and central. It allows guests to rest wonderfully because it is removed from the busy streets.

The room included tea and coffee-making facilities. a free safe to use. The beds had comfortable pillows. There was a television and also WiFi. Plenty of hot water was available.

The staff was always ready to assist with any questions I had. The location could not have been better for my trip. I also enjoyed the ample and tasty breakfast (especially the local pastries!).
I noticed a slight issue with the bathroom shower, it wasn't addressed until the following day.
