My beachfront room was lovely. It had all needed amenities plus a bath and shower. the manager checked on me during breakfast and told interesting facts about the hotel. breakfast had so many options. It made everyone happy.

The pool seemed small, and not very clean in the afternoon. Leaves were blowing in it.

the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. the room was spacious and well-decorated. the staff were very friendly and professional, that was great.

the bathroom washbasin had a loose tap, it rattled a lot. the toilet made noise after flushing, sounding like an organ pipe. there were also items on the restaurant menu not available when i tried to order them.

The superior double room sea view was amazing. i loved waking up to that view every morning. It was amazing. the breakfast buffet was also excellent. It had a great variety of delicious options.

I found the service at the bistro a bit slow, honestly. there were times when staff seemed more focused on their tasks than on attending to the customers. It was a little distracting. also, the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

Dinner at the bistro was not excellent. I found noticeable tension between the host and a server, it. The front desk refused a request for an extra bottle of complimentary sparkling water, even though the manager had promised it.
