the staff was cute and helpful from arrival. housekeeping did a great job (i really appreciated that). the restaurant staff was attentive. christmas eve dinner was a highlight with many courses.

the hotel was beside the railway line. trains ran often from early morning to late at night. this made noise.

SUPERB Stay!

I really appreciated the spacious and modern room. It had a huge television. The comfortable bed featured superior linens. I found the shower had strong water pressure. The dinner buffet was AMAZING. Breakfast offered a fabulous range of food. It even catered to special diets. The hotel organised a taxi to and from the airport. That was a great help. The receptionists were VERY helpful and friendly, speaking English very well.

I found that the sea view room had a busy road and a busy train line RIGHT outside.

The staff WAS friendly. The receptionists responded promptly to any questions. They were very accommodating and addressed my wishes. Peggy was an AMAZING receptionist.

The hotel is opposite the beach in a quiet area. A local supermarket and shops are only a few minutes walk. Easy parking IS available in winter. The hotel is close to the beach.

the hotel has a convenient location near the train station i could easily access transportation the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options offering many choices each day the hotel provided towels for beach use i found this very helpful to avoid carrying extra items.

the room lacked a coffee machine it would have been nice to have one for morning coffee.

the sea view was amazing from the room.. it added to the vacation feel. breakfast had cava available too, which i found to be a lovely touch.

I noticed a train line nearby, so there was some noise from passing trains. i also found that the air conditioning was not working properly. It only heated the room since it was not summer yet.
