Really good Hotel Experience

The room was spacious with two double beds and comfortable plug sockets next to the bed. The bathroom featured a large shower and top quality cosmetics. The rooftop pool area was relaxing, complete with sun loungers. The restaurant service was attentive (especially with the kind waiters!).

The hotel pre-booked a taxi that did not arrive and the reception was unhelpful. It created a stressful situation. The hotel staff did not provide an adequate solution or support to find alternative transportation.

The hotel has a rooftop pool with a bar offering service alongside comfortable sun loungers. Guests can also access ice and water machines located on each floor (very convenient!). The gym features modern equipment.

the breakfast was excellent. i especially enjoyed the variety of choices available each morning. the location was also quite convenient. it was close to restaurants and shops, a major plus.

the room i had felt a bit cramped. there seemed to be insufficient storage space. this. housekeeping left the balcony door unlocked one day. this raised some concerns about security.

i wasn't thrilled with my stay. the room lacked a proper view. breakfast felt quite ordinary. also, the toaster didn't always work and sometimes staff were slow to clear used plates. it was annoying.
