I found my room to be very clean. Breakfast had a GREAT variety. The staff was attentive and quick to help with any questions I had. The park located nearby added a nice touch and was a good place for a walk.
The gym's hours did not quite align with my early morning schedule. This was only a minor inconvenience.

My room included crisp linens and well-functioning climate control. There was also a spacious desk suitable for working. Blackout curtains effectively blocked outside light. I found the room conducive to both rest and productivity. The bathroom featured premium toiletries.

The breakfast buffet featured a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. I thought it was a nice start to the day. The on-site restaurant offered a range of local and international cuisines. I found many choices. The food was AMAZING!!!

The reception staff provided quick assistance with check-in and luggage storage. I felt they were competent. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. It was very noticeable. The concierge offered helpful directions to nearby attractions.

The air conditioning barely worked. it was very frustrating because the room remained stuffy. the restaurant wasn't great (i expected much more from a four-star place). the pool area also lacked enough sun loungers. Finding a spot was difficult.

the breakfast offered a huge selection and top quality ingredients. i appreciated the helpful staff. parking in the underground garage was available for an extra charge, a definite benefit considering parking is difficult. the rooms were spacious, with a nice balcony, the area from the restaurant to the pool was clean.
the spa center was not working . this was not communicated prior to my arrival, disappointing. i did find a hair in the bathroom and on a towel too.

the breakfast was awesome and had tons of options! the location rocks with a super city view, even though its a bit far from the center. our room and bathroom was so big and clean. i was really happy!

The gym disappointed me. Several machines were out of order, which limited my workout options. I also found the breakfast buffet to be overpriced for the selection offered. The pastries tasted stale, and the hot items lacked flavor. The coffee machine was slow, causing a long wait during peak hours. I think the hotel could improve these aspects to provide better value.

i found the room spacious. the bed was very comfortable. i also liked that the bathroom had a lovely-sized bath. the pool was a welcome relief after a hot day (it helped me cool off and relax).
The gym was a bit disappointing. The treadmill did not work properly, and neither did the water machine.
